No Cost School Meals

Dowell J. Howard Center is part of the Community Eligibility Provision for the 2025-26 school year. This means that all students can receive school breakfast and lunch at no cost. If a student wants to purchase a la carte items, they will need to pay for them. For example, if a student just wants milk (and not the full lunch) they will have to pay for it.
