High School Long-Term Suspension Program (LINKS)
The Alternative Education Program at Dowell J. Howard provides a supportive and structured learning environment for students in grades 9-12 who have been long-term suspended by a Hearing Officer. The program offers flexible scheduling options based on the student's needs and circumstances, including in-person, hybrid, or virtual learning.
