Night School

Grades 9-12

The Night School Program at Dowell J. Howard offers flexible scheduling options for students in grades 9-12 who require a non-traditional learning path. This program is designed for students who need to balance their education with other life responsibilities, such as family obligations, work, or mental health challenges. With a combination of in-person, hybrid, and virtual options, Night School provides the flexibility to meet diverse student needs.

Profile of a Night School Student

This includes students supporting their families, new mothers, those needing to “catch up” on credits while still attending regular classes, and students facing significant mental health or substance abuse concerns.
