Program Overview

This multi-year pathway introduces students to the core pillars of the American justice system: policing, courts, and corrections. Students progress from learning introductory legal theories and investigative baselines to engaging in advanced, interactive practical scenarios.

The curriculum integrates classroom instruction with leadership development through SkillsUSA (the co-curricular Career and Technical Student Organization) and practical, High-Quality Work-Based Learning (HQWBL) experiences alongside local public safety agencies.

Program Requirements

• CTSO Participation: Students are expected to actively engage in co-curricular SkillsUSA activities, which are directly integrated into the curriculum to build workplace and leadership competencies.
